In addition to floral design, we offer creative direction and styling support—things like choosing the right location, selecting linens and tabletop pieces, or bringing cohesion to your overall aesthetic. While we don’t manage logistics or timelines, we’re here to help shape the visual story and make sure everything feels intentional, layered, and beautiful.

Floral Design Only
Perfect for clients who simply want beautiful, thoughtfully designed flowers. We’ll handle everything from personal flowers to ceremony and reception florals, customized to suit your space and story.

Floral + Creative Styling
For clients who need a bit more creative support. In addition to floral design, we can help with choosing the right location, selecting linens and tabletop pieces, refining your color palette, and shaping the visual tone of the event.

Creative Direction
A deeper level of involvement for those who want their event to feel fully art-directed. We’ll collaborate closely with you (and your planner, if you have one) to make sure every visual detail—from florals to layout to styling—feels cohesive and considered. Please note: we do not handle logistics, timelines, or day-of coordination.

We don’t inflate prices. We design with intention. That means working with the highest quality flowers—rare, seasonal, and often sourced from specialty growers. These blooms are more costly, but they’re what allow us to create work that feels rich, layered, and unforgettable. To do our best work, we need space to design freely and thoughtfully.

From sourcing and prepping blooms to designing, transporting, and installing each piece, this is a detailed, hands-on process from start to finish.

Floral design services typically begin at $5,000 for intimate weddings, private gatherings, and engagement celebrations. Full-scale wedding floral design begins at $10,000. This gives us the time, materials, and creative room to do what we do best.

Looking for support beyond the flowers? For clients seeking a cohesive visual experience, we also offer creative direction. This includes guidance on everything from tabletop selections and color palettes to layout suggestions and location ideas. Styling support begins at $1,200 and varies depending on the scope.

Floral Design Proposal — $250

This tier is designed for smaller-scale events where florals play a meaningful, atmospheric role. From backyard dinners to engagement parties, the goal is to create a complete floral experience that feels thoughtful, elevated, and intimate.

What’s included:

  • A custom color palette

  • Tailored floral recommendations based on your vision and space

  • Layout guidance for tables and focal areas

  • A curated moodboard to help you visualize the look and feel

The $5,000 minimum allows us to source premium blooms and design with creative freedom. While every event is tailored, this typically includes:

  • Centerpieces for up to 6–8 guest tables

  • Floral accents for the bar, lounge, or entry

  • One to two focal arrangements for a welcome table, dining feature, or impactful moment

  • Delicate tabletop elements like bud vases or low runners

  • Premium seasonal flowers styled with depth, texture, and intention

This is ideal for gatherings where florals aren’t just a detail—they help set the tone.

Weddings & Larger Events

Floral Design Proposal — $500
Floral Design Minimum — $10,000

This tier is for full-scale weddings and larger private events where florals help shape the overall environment. Whether it’s a ceremony under the trees or a dinner in a grand space, our work is designed to bring cohesion, beauty, and atmosphere to every corner of your celebration.

What’s included:

  • A custom color palette

  • Full floral selection tailored to your vision, season, and venue

  • Layout planning for key areas, from dining tables to focal installations

  • A curated design deck or moodboard to guide the visual experience

With a $10,000 minimum, we’re able to design floral elements across the event that feel intentional, immersive, and layered. This typically includes:

  • Centerpieces for up to 12–15+ guest tables

  • Ceremony florals (such as an arch, aisle, or ground arrangements)

  • Reception focal pieces (bar, welcome table, lounge, etc.)

  • Personal flowers (if applicable)

  • Accent arrangements and floral styling throughout the venue

  • Premium seasonal blooms styled with movement, texture, and artistic intent

This level of design allows us to create florals that do more than decorate—they help tell the story of the day.

Styling & Creative Direction

This service is for clients who care deeply about the way their event feels—not just through flowers, but through the full visual story. It’s for those who want every detail to feel intentional, harmonious, and beautifully layered.

  • Full floral design as outlined in your selected tier

  • Guidance on linens, flatware, candles, vessels, and tabletop styling

  • Layout suggestions for dining tables, lounge areas, or other focal zones

  • Sourcing recommendations for textures, palettes, and styling pieces

  • Collaboration with your planner (if applicable) to ensure cohesion across all visual elements

  • A fully curated design deck or visual plan to carry through your entire event

We believe great design requires space to do it well—space in the timeline, space in the creative process, and yes, space in the budget.

Our floral minimums exist to ensure we can source premium blooms, work with a dedicated team, and design each event with the level of care, quality, and intention that defines our work.
Every flower is hand-selected, processed, and arranged with care—often sourced from specialty growers across the globe or small local farms that pour just as much love into what they grow as we do into what we design.
These partners deserve to be paid fairly—and so does every hand that touches your event along the way.

It’s a deeply collaborative process.
Designers, assistants, drivers, and on-site installers all work together to bring your vision to life. From harvesting and hydrating to loading and unloading to placing the final stem, it takes a village. And we believe everyone in that village should be valued.

Our proposal fee allows us to devote real time to your project—before a single flower is ever ordered.
